I spoke to Hilary Barry on the TV show “Seven Sharp” about mould on food as part of a new campaign called ‘Eat me First’ from Love Food Hate Waste. This campaign aims to reduce the $3.2 Billion dollars of annual food wastage though reusable ‘eat me first’ stickers that indicate which foods should be eaten first before they go off.
